requirements of our clients and through the eye of the designer.

Eddie Rider Designs has a number of skilled associates with varied backgrounds in Architecture, Interior Design,
Residential Living Space Decoration and the ability to create custom decorator pieces that will complement any
venue. Our associates always strive for excellence by focusing their attention to every detail of the creation
bearing in mind the requirements of the customer.

Planning Process:

Before we attempt to execute any of our projects, we always create a Project Plan that succinctly and completely
encapsulates all the steps needed to fully complete the project. Without the Project Plan fully understood by all
involved, we never deploy our work team to the jobsite. We make sure that we have a full understanding of the
critical path for the project; those tasks that have to happen one after the other in order to facilitate completion.
We have learned over the years that properly managing the multitude of tasks of a project will dramatically
reduce the time from contract to completion.
 
Here are the major steps we take in creating our project plans:

Communication:

We routinely update all individuals (client, sub-contractors, etc) on a continual basis of the current project status
and future projections.  We feel that communication is vital to the successful completion of the project.

Mitigation of Risks:

We identify risks before implementation to help us mitigate all possible risks during the project. We think it is very
important to spend the time upfront with our work teams to figure out what may go wrong, and then develope
ways to avoid them or to fix them. This is also the step that we look most closely at life safety issues, highlight the
highly probable ones and plan to avoid them. We are always very concerned about the safety of our team
and the other individuals present at the jobsite and so we believe that any complete Project Plan should address safety.

Execution Plan:

We believe that a well-detailed Project Plan will assure that we have identified all the tasks to be completed and the
timing of these tasks, thereby shortening the duration between the first time we kick off the project to completion.
We employ modern tools, methods and technology to develope our Project Plan.
